TMU Leadership

Welcome to the TMU Leadership Program!

Every student has the potential to be a leader in their own communities, and the goal of our programming is to empower students to recognize that within themselves. With this, we aim to incorporate our six pillars and in turn foster leadership development.

TMU Leadership uses your experiences on campus and in your community to educate and inform programs focused on your evolution as a leader. 

How can you get involved?

To start your journey towards realizing your potential, you can join/attend: 

• Level Up your Leadership Journey: a self-directed program that provides, tracks, and recognizes student leadership activity with digital badges.
• VolunteerLink: a volunteer program that connects TMU students to volunteer opportunities both on and off campus.
• Peer Leadership Coaching: a leadership coaching program that allows you to work through a workbook to learn about your leadership skills and traits.  
• Student Leadership Conference: our annual conference helps students redefine leadership and embody this definition for themselves.
