Discover the Ontario Trade Occupation through the SAS Big Data Hackathon! This beginner-friendly Hackathon will primarily focus on SAS and the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development. 
 
This Hackathon is combined with Module 5, which will focus on data visualization, performing statistical tests and more analytical skills that participants can transfer to the Hackathon. The Module will take place at SAS Offices (280 King Street East) on February 1st from 2-5PM. A kick-off party will take place following the Module from 5-8PM. A minimum of 2 members per team must attend the Module and Kick-Off event. 
 
The Hackathon itself will test participants on their ability to answer basic and advance problem statements using analytical skills and problem solving. Participants can create teams of 5 by emailing info@ryersonzlas.com, or sign up on your own to be placed in a team. 
 
The Hackathon is open to all universities and will take place on February 25th at TRSM! 
 
1st Place Prize: $1,000
Cost of Registration: $40/Team Member
